1. The above advertised posts can be applied in three ways:
* It is mandatory to download, fill up, and submit/upload the Application Form for any of the following mode of application*
a. Preferable - Filling up the Google Form by clicking this LINK. (Scanned copy of the filled-up Application Form along with all necessary documents mentioned in the form in one PDF file should be attached in the Google Form).
b. Sending a scanned copy of the filled-up Application Form along with all necessary documents mentioned in the form in one PDF file to email - recruitment@zmc.edu.in .
c. Application form can also be submitted in Hard Copy, the instruction for the same is mentioned in the Application Form.
2. Last date for submission of the application and information regarding application fee is mentioned in the advertisement.
4. Date of examination/personal interview will be displayed on ZMC website.
